Important information before completing
Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
We will not share your data with third parties unless your application for employment is successful and it makes you an offer of employment. We will then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you, and the Disclosure and Barring Service for criminal records checks.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment.

Please give the names and contact details of at least 2 people we can ask to give you a reference. Ideally, both referees should be senior or HR/Personnel persons, one from your present employer and the other from your previous employer. In the case of applicants leaving full time education, or not having worked since doing so, the Head of School, College, University, etc. should be named as one of the referees.
We may ask appointed contacts for a reference before an employment offer is made.

We expect all perspective employees of PTS to complete a Self-disclosure Declaration accompanying this application form. This self-disclosure will only be taken into consideration on the call back for interview.
Dependent on the role, you may be required to process a standard or enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS/DS) check. This will also include a CPNI check for anyone that has worked or lived overseas.
PTS support the recruitment of ex-offenders and will not discriminate in any way.
We have a due regard to report to the DBS and Barring Service any candidate that applies for a job role but are barred or disqualified, gives false information on their application form or at interview, anyone who breaches the standards of their professional body.
